OUR PROJECT 
OUR PROCESS
The surface is prepared with diamond tools to open the pores. All dust and grease are removed, and cracks are repaired with epoxy mortar to ensure strong adhesion.
A thin coat of epoxy primer is applied with a roller or trowel to seal the concrete and improve bonding between layers. It must dry for about 6–8 hours before the next step.
A uniform pigmented base layer is applied then excess material is removed. A second broadcast coat can be added for extra texture or durability.
A final transparent self-leveling epoxy coat is applied gloss, and add chemical resistance. Let it cure 24–48 hours before allowing foot or vehicle traffic.
